Buddha says: A gift is never of little value when it is given with a sacrificial purpose.

There are times when I wonder if that holds true. I have given of myself, time, money, and love. I should not expect a return from these gifts -- yet sometimes I feel for it. I do not know if my deeds have value to others, but I believe them to have value to myself -- for they are the right thing to do.

Ok....maybe I put a little bit too much crazy powder in my protein shake today.
